Q. When should we book OSD?
A. As soon as you have a date in mind! As a boutique-style event planning company we only take a limited number of contracts to ensure each of our clients are taken care of!

Q. Will my planner work alone or with assistants on my wedding day?
A. Your planner will be the go-to point person on your wedding day, but will likely bring an assistant with them the day of your wedding, this will depend on a few factors that your coordinator will discuss with you. 

Q. How much involvement will my planner have in the process?
A. As much or as little as you want them to have! Your planner’s level of involvement depends on the event planning package you book and your personal preferences. Some clients have every detail planned out and are just looking for a planner to execute their vision, and some clients want to sit back and let their planner take care of everything for their wedding day. We work with clients at both ends of the spectrum (and anywhere in between) personalizing our services to your needs.


Q.  What is your payment structure?
A. We require a 50% deposit to secure the date and the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to the event.


How does the process work?

1-2 DAYS POST-BOOKING
Your planner will reach out to you to begin the planning process, get you set up on our planning software, request contracts you have signed and hit the ground running.
(The level of involvement prior to your wedding is determined by the planning package you reserve.)


PRE-WEDDING PLANNING
Based on the included services of the package you reserved, your coordinator will be available to assist you in whatever you may need. They will be available via phone and email to communicate with you and your vendors, and they’ll assist in developing your day-of timeline, floor plans/schematics, table arrangements, transportation schedule, etc.  We take the daunting to do list and turn it into bite-sized, manageable blocks that feel less stressful.

THE BIG DAY
Your planner will be present for you all day (up to 12 hours) beginning in the morning with overseeing the setup for your day and ending only when the last details have been taken care of at night and tear down is complete.  We will field vendor questions, execute your timeline, take care of any final payments and tips, troubleshoot any unexpected changes and any other details so you can truly be a guest at your own wedding!
